The Outer Scouts.

Upon stumbling across a nice gif on Tumblr from a scene from Sailor Moon, I got really inspired and decided to draw some of the scouts. I originally wanted to draw all the scouts (excluding Sailor Moon and Mini Moon), but I got lazy and decided to just draw the Outer Scouts. I really liked the way their hair was blowing and the poses for the scouts in that gif, so I decided to draw a part of it. My gawd...is that...a background?!!!! Ohh my! It is! It is indeed a background! That's right, I attempted to draw part of the background, but I failed miserably. Oh well. I may draw the whole crew another time.
