I know, I'm a day late, but I still wanted to express my deepest condolences for Windows XP, a 12 year old operating system that "died" yesterday. My family and I have had WXP for about 6 years now, so it's still a bit of a shocker to know that WXP is a no longer supported operating system. This sucks, 'cause now it leaves our computer at great risk. As I turned on the computer today, I already noticed a shit load of problems. Because WXP is now officially unsupported, it's very vulnerable to viruses and hackers. I had to run the pc in safe mode just to uninstall over a dozen programs that were installed by malicious viruses. Now it's going to be extremely hard to use the computer without having to duck and hide from all these ads and viruses. We plan on getting Windows 7, because it's like a better version of Windows XP, and it's not Windows 8 (which a lot of people say sucks, by the way). The only problem is, Windows 7 is bloody expensive, and I have a ton of files on here that I need to back up first. It's going to be a headache migrating to Windows 7, but it needs to be done before any serious damage is done to our pc. I don't know how often I'll be on here, because now I'm afraid to be on the internet, due to the evil hackers and the fact that our pc is an easy target. I just hope we can fix this issue soon. Wish me luck guys! Sorry if there are any typos, Safe Mode is pretty tricky to navigate. My browser is so zoomed in, I don't even need to wear my glasses.
Has the display options changed for deviations?
Is it just me or has the display options for deviations changed? I ask because before I would be able to upload deviations at resolution settings of 1280px wide or 1600px wide and the quality would remain sharp. But nowadays I find that when I try uploading in those settings my deviations turn out blurry. However, when I upload the original size of my deviation the quality is sharp. Am I trippin' or has anyone else noticed this weird change? ~hmmplz (https://www.deviantart.com/hmmplz)
I am done school!
Hello everyone! How is everyone? It's been about a year since I last wrote a journal entry and that's mainly because I've been superrrrrrrrrrrrr busy with school. I've been working super hard in college for 3 years to pursue a career as graphic designer and now my program has come to an end. I successful completed my program and I'm graduating next month! ~cheerplz (https://www.deviantart.com/cheerplz) Hooray for me! I'm mostly proud of myself for finally completing a program that I actually enjoy and sticking to it. When I first went to college after high school back in 2011, I hadn't put my all into. I was just there because I thought I had to be. I wish someone had
I'm back...sort of.
My gawd, I haven't been on this website in like 8 months! It feels so foreign to me. O_o Long story short, I've been busy with school for the past several months, so I was on a hiatus to focus on my studies. I have officially finished my second year of Graphic Design and I have 1 more year left! :w00t: I'm on summer vacation now, so now I have time to catch up on my personal artwork, as well as binge watch all the cartoons and shows I'm behind on. How is everyone doing? It's nice to see that DA hasn't changed a bit since I left. I don't like unnecessary change.
I'm alive! :D
Hello everyone! I have returned! To those of you that were wondering what happened to me, don't worry, I'm doing well! :D I was away for several months because I went back to college to take a Graphic Design program. It has been a very busy 4 months, and I have been working really hard in all my courses, so that's why I haven't been active on here. I gotta say that the old saying is true, hard work really does pay off! :D:D I received my final marks for the first semester, and I am pleased with my results. I really think that I am finally where I need to be, and I am happy about that. As much as I love animation and cartoons, Digital

Good luck. If you run into any problems, shoot me a note about it. I have some tech friends I can ask advise from on your behalf. They've helped me with my laptop a few times in the past.
